Surrounded by the natural beauty and serenity of the New Jersey Highlands on our beautiful 152 acres of forested land, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect—with nature, yourself, and the present moment.

Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Pre-registration required.
Important Details:
- This program is for adults ages 18 and up.
- Please bring your lunch and a reusable water bottle.
- Includes gentle walks at an easy pace; please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes with good tread.
- Yoga mats and blank journals will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
- If you would like to rent a rustic cabin to stay overnight the night before or after, visit our facility rentals page for details and reservations.
- Raindate: Sun, Nov 23. In case of rain, you will be notified and your tickets will automatically be transferred to Nov 23 (same time). If you are unable to attend the raindate, you may request a refund (minus Eventbrite fees).
- Cancellation refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available with at least 7 days advance notice.
