Highlands Obstacle Adventure Course - a unique experience designed and led by Tobin Osusky of Temple Qinesis
Program resumes every Sunday on Fall 2019, 1:00-3:00pm at The New Weis Center

A trail run and obstacle course in the forest of The New Weis Center's beautiful 152 acre property; with mountaintop meditation and yoga in Norvin Green State Forest, and finishing with organic snacks and juice!

Tobin will lead a trail hike and obstacle run, weaving up the mountain while teaching participants about the land, their bodies, how their muscles work, their metabolism and connection to breath. Helping participants overcome obstacles on the trail will symbolically teach how to overcome hurdles in life, while maintaining a calm, confident spirit. After a short yoga and meditation session atop the mountain, we will learn the dynamics of carefully and mindfully descending.

Ages 10+. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Class meets at the main building.
